  • Training in the Hostage Incident Management (HIM) model:
      • Gold Level – Strategic Command
      • Silver Level – Tactical Leadership
      • Bronze Level – Operational Execution
  • Includes tabletop exercises and theoretical modules to test crisis readiness

2- Response Phase

  • Real-time simulations of institutional crises
